Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions for sending your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Some items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personalized items, and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a new purchase for the replacement items.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging—and you’ll need proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
